Not able to format partition

Right click my computer
open manage
A windows open "computer management" in this you find disk management under storage
Now click on disk management you will find all your drive here .
Right click on the drive you want to format.
and press format and give yes to all questions.

note:- you cannot format c drive and windows installation drive will windows is runing

if you are still not able to fromat your drive then check the path for pagefile if it is on that dive change it and format your drive
